Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with unwrapping video as proof so we can resolve the issue.
Change of Mind: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or used cosmetics.
